Workspace settings and profile

Workspace name
Your workspace's display name, visible in the UI and in notification emails. Edit it and click Save Changes.
Workspace slug
A permanent, URL-safe identifier for your workspace, used internally in webhook paths. The slug cannot be changed after creation.
Your profile
Displays your name, email address, and role (Owner or Member). These are set at account creation and cannot currently be edited from this page. Your name and email are also shown on the Team page; role changes are applied by an Owner or Admin.
Operating Hours
Configure when human agents are available and how the AI behaves outside those hours from the Operating Hours card on this page.
Webhook endpoints
Lists the webhook URL for each connected Zendesk integration. Copy these URLs to configure triggers in your Zendesk Admin Centre. If no integrations exist yet, a template URL is shown as a reference.
Team management
Go to Team in the dashboard sidebar to invite members and manage roles.
