Audit log

Updated August 8, 2026

What the audit log tracks

The audit log records sensitive account-level actions taken on your workspace — deletions, data exports, and admin-level changes — so Owners and Admins can review who did what and when.

  • Tenant deletion
  • Data subject access request (DSAR) exports and customer data erasure
  • Conversation deletion
  • Removing a user from the team
  • Credit top-ups applied by support

This is separate from a ticket's own History panel, which tracks changes to that specific ticket (status, priority, assignment, and so on). The audit log covers workspace-wide actions, not per-ticket activity.

Viewing the log

  1. Go to Audit Log in the sidebar (visible to Owners and Admins only).
  2. Filter by action, resource type, or resource ID to narrow the list.
  3. Click the {…} link on any row to expand its full metadata.

Each entry shows who performed the action (by email, where available), what they did, and when.
