Understanding volume and traffic patterns

Where to find it
Navigate to Reports → Volume & Traffic to understand when and where conversations happen.
Daily volume trend
A line chart shows conversation counts day by day across the selected period.
Hour of day
A bar chart shows how many conversations started in each UTC hour (0–23). Use this to plan staffing for peak escalation windows.
Day of week
A bar chart breaks volume down by day of the week (Sunday–Saturday UTC), helping you identify weekend vs. weekday patterns.
Channel breakdown
A progress-bar list shows how many conversations came from each source channel (Zendesk, Inquiru Live Chat, etc.) with counts and percentages.
