Connecting support channels

Inquiru handles tickets from both native channels and external helpdesk integrations.

Native channels (no external account needed)

  • Inquiru Live Chat — create a native widget to embed on your website.
  • Inquiru Email — set up a dedicated inbound email address.

Widget and email tickets are handled in the built-in Helpdesk portal.

External integrations

Link an external helpdesk such as Zendesk for email-ticket routing and chat-widget replies. Connect integrations on the Integrations page.

Native channels are required to enable the Help Center's Submit a Request form.
