Settings & branding
The Help Center is a public-facing self-service portal where customers can browse articles and find answers without contacting support. It lives at https://<your-slug>.inquiru.com or a verified custom domain.
Name
The display name shown in the Help Center header and browser tab (e.g. "BetJets Support").
Theme colour
Pick any hex colour to brand the Help Center header and links to match your product.
Logo URL
Paste a publicly accessible image URL to show your logo in the header. Works with any image host — Cloudinary, S3, your CDN, etc.
Public URL
Your Help Center is always available at https://<slug>.inquiru.com. Once you verify a custom domain it is also reachable there. The link is shown at the top of the Help Center settings card for easy copying.
Sync to Knowledge Base
The Sync to Knowledge Base button pushes all published articles into your agent's Knowledge Base so the AI can cite them in live conversations. Run it after publishing a batch of new articles, or whenever you want to ensure the agent has the latest content.
