Reports overview and KPIs

About Reports

The Reports section (sidebar → Reports) gives you deep analytics across your agents, conversations, quality, traffic patterns, and credit usage — all filterable by a custom date range. Use the date picker at the top of any reports page to set the window; preset buttons let you jump to the last 7, 30, or 90 days. The selected range is shared across all sub-pages via the URL, so views are bookmarkable and shareable.

KPI cards

The Reports landing page shows high-level KPIs for the selected period. Six cards summarise the period:

  • Total Conversations
  • Resolution Rate
  • Escalation Rate
  • Avg Confidence (across all AI replies)
  • Credits Used
  • Messages

All figures update instantly when you change the date range.

Daily Conversations chart

A line chart plots conversation volume day-by-day across the selected window — useful for spotting weekly patterns or traffic spikes.

Outcome Distribution

A donut chart breaks down all conversations into Resolved, Escalated, and Open.
