About billing
The Billing page shows your current plan, your credit balance and usage this month, and lets you top up, set a spend cap, and manage your subscription.
Plan types
Free
A small monthly credit allowance with limited features — useful for evaluating Inquiru. Credits refill automatically on the first day of each month. Spend cap is supported but unlimited by default.
Basic
A monthly subscription with a generous credit allocation and core features unlocked, including Live Chat, Email, Help Center, and notification channels. Credits refill each month. Billed monthly or annually (save up to 20 % annually).
Pro
A higher-tier subscription with more monthly credits and additional features such as advanced helpdesk skills and data warehouse integrations. Suited to growing teams. Billed monthly or annually.
Scale
The highest subscription tier — maximum monthly credits, all features unlocked including custom API skills, CRM integrations, and Help Center custom domain. Billed monthly or annually.
Pay As You Go
All features unlocked, no recurring subscription fee. Buy credit bundles when you need them. When the balance hits zero, AI replies are blocked with a clear message until you top up. Set a hard monthly spend cap to ceiling consumption.
Enterprise
Custom contract, custom limits, dedicated support. Get in touch via the contact link on the pricing page.
Attachment surcharge: messages that include an image or PDF consume a minimum of 10 credits instead of the usual 1–3, to cover the extra AI processing needed to read the attachment.
On the Billing page
Credit Balance
Three numbers at the top: your current available balance, credits used this month (month-to-date), and your monthly cap if set. A progress bar appears once a cap is configured.
Top Up (Pay As You Go only)
Click any bundle to open a Lemon Squeezy checkout. After payment, credits are added automatically and a green "top up" entry appears in your activity feed. Auto top-up is on the roadmap; for now refill manually.
Monthly Spend Cap
A hard ceiling on credits consumed in a calendar month — applies to Free and Pay As You Go. Once reached, AI replies are blocked with a clear escalation message until next month or until you raise the cap. Leave blank for no cap.
Recent Activity
The last 25 credit-affecting events: top-ups (positive, green) and AI usage (negative). Each row shows when, what kind of event, and how many credits and tokens were involved.
Manage Subscription
If you're on a paid subscription plan (Basic, Pro, Scale, or Enterprise), click Manage Subscription to open the Lemon Squeezy customer portal to update payment methods, switch between monthly and annual billing, download invoices, or cancel.
