Custom Data Connectors
Custom Data Connectors let you inject additional customer data from any service into the agent context.
What they do
Connect arbitrary REST APIs on the Integrations page. When a conversation starts, Inquiru calls your connector and adds the returned data to the agent's context, so it can reference data from any external system.
Inspecting connector data
When testing an agent, the data returned by any active Custom Data Connectors appears in the Custom Connectors tab of the View Details panel.
