Connect a CRM to enrich conversations with customer profile data so the agent can personalise its replies.
Supported CRMs
Activate a CRM on the Integrations page:
- Salesforce
- HubSpot
- Klaviyo
- Optimove
- Mailchimp
- Customer.io
How it works
Once connected, the agent fetches the customer's CRM attributes and factors them into its reply. You can preview this data when testing an agent by entering a Customer ID, and inspect it in the CRM tab of the View Details panel.
