Tracking credit usage

Where to find it
Navigate to Reports → Usage to track how many credits your agents have consumed. Credits are the unit of AI usage on Inquiru — each message costs 1, 2, or 3 credits depending on its complexity. Messages that include attachments (images or PDFs) always consume a minimum of 10 credits to cover the additional processing involved in reading the attachment content.
Credits Used card
Shows the total credits consumed across all agents in the selected period.
Plan credit usage gauge
If your plan has a monthly credit limit, a progress bar shows how much of it has been consumed. The bar turns yellow above 70 % and red above 90 %.
Daily credit usage chart
An area chart shows credits consumed per day, helping you spot usage spikes or growth trends across the selected period.
Per-agent usage table
A table shows every agent's credits used and their percentage share of total credit consumption, sorted by credits descending. Export as CSV for allocation or reporting.
